SPY's Senior Colorist Chris Martin has a passion for Color. He doesn't feel blue, he feels cerulean. When he returns from vacation he is not simply tan, he's burnt sienna.
A graduate of UC Santa Cruz and Brooks Institute of Photography, Chris began as an assistant colorist at Varitel. Prior to settling in at SPY in 2005, Martin has worked in both Los Angeles and San Francisco at R!OT and Retina.
Chris' 15 year career as a Colorist spans commercials, music videos, documentaries and feature films. His understanding of both the aesthetic and story telling roles that color plays produces results that are beautiful and compelling.
